Why we don't publish fixed prices
Care organisations vary enormously — in size, in mix of settings, in contract length, and in onboarding needs. A public price list would be either misleading or quickly out of date. Instead, we give you an honest estimate here, and a tailored quote after a short conversation.
What's always included
Every CIAP tier includes the full clinical module for your setting — Cares for residential, Community for domiciliary. We don't feature-gate care itself. The tiers are about scale and back-office depth.

Is the estimate I see a quote?+
No. It's an indicative monthly estimate based on the product, locations, capacity and modules you selected. Final pricing is agreed with sales after a short conversation about your exact configuration.
What happens if I outgrow my tier?+
You upgrade to the next tier. Moving up a tier is always cheaper than buying the same modules as add-ons — and you get more capacity too.
Can I buy modules as add-ons instead of upgrading?+
Yes, on Starter. Rotas, Finance, Intelligence, MedTrack and Wellbeing are available as individual add-ons. But once you add two or three, the next tier up is usually better value.
What if my organisation is larger than the standard tiers?+
That's Enterprise. We agree modules, capacity, onboarding and support arrangements together. Use the calculator to see when you cross the threshold, then talk to sales.
Is onboarding included?+
Onboarding and support arrangements are agreed per contract. They're built into Enterprise pricing, and can be added to any tier.
